Privacy Policy

There are many different ways you can use our services – to search for and share information, to communicate with other people or to create new content. As you use our services, we want you to be clear how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes:
  • What information we collect
  • Information Sharing and Disclosure
  • The choices we offer, including how to access and update information
Information we collect
We collect information to provide better services to our users – from figuring out basic information like gender, to more complex things like family members, photo, video and event schedule.

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide.  When you sign up for an account, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number or credit card.
  • Information we get from your use of our services. We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, like when you visit a website that uses our advertising services or you view and interact with our content. This information includes:
    • Device information
We may collect device specification information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number).
    • Log information
When you use our services or view content, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include:
      • details of how you used our service, such as your search queries.
      • Internet protocol address.
      • device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
      • cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.
    • Local storage
We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage, including HTML 5, and application data caches.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your STP Access account.

Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in the United States and abroad. We may share your private personal information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.

Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect STP Access's rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.

Business Transfers: In the event that STP Access involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

The choices we offer, including how to access and update information
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.

Our Services are directed to all people without age limitation. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at cs@STPaccess.com.

Information security
We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:
  • We encrypt many of our services using SSL.
  • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
  • We restrict access to personal information to STP Access employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at http://stpaccess.com/ /privacy. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
